Building Through Vision

You need to cast the vision before the people so that they can run with the vision with purpose.

• We need to put the vision in plain view. 

• We need to put the vision in plain terms.

 

Be sure that our people are:

• Aware of the vision
• Activating the vision
• Advocating for the vision

Our people will see the vision for themselves.

 

Our people need to grasp the vision.
